APPLICATION (PRE-ADOPTION QUESTIONNAIRE):
An application can be obtained by following the Pre-Adopt Form link in this site navigation menu.
The application can be submitted in advance of the appointment to determine if a specific pet is a good match or provide alternative choices. We can also recommend pets that are a good match for you/your family.
REQUIREMENTS TO ADOPT:
All pets in the household must be current on vaccinations. You can provide proof or we can contact your veterinarian for verification.
All family members living in same household must meet the pet to be sure it is compatible.
Meet and greets with current household dogs are required and can be arranged at our facility. Meet and greets with cats are dependent on certain situations and not generally required.
Interviews are required and provide an opportunity to learn more about the pet you are interested in adopting, and to ask questions to determine compatibility. Interviews may be done in advance by telephone or in person at our adoption center.
